As a Workplace Consultant / Account Representative, you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building while maintaining and growing existing client partnerships. This role requires a proactive sales professional who can manage the full sales cycle, oversee order processes, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Business Development: Identify and engage prospective clients through referrals, networking, and industry research.
Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct consultative meetings and presentations to uncover client needs.
Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Develop sales presentations, prepare pricing quotes, and coordinate internal resources.
Order Management: Ensure smooth order processing, monitor installations, and liaise with internal departments.
Credit & Collections Compliance: Assist with credit applications, payment collection, and issue resolution.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging workplace solutions.
Client Support: Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts through continuous needs analysis.

Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills: Strong sales, communication, and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred: Background in design or experience in the furniture dealership industry.
