Inclement Weather Policy

Workplace Solutions remains open during regularly scheduled business hours unless otherwise announced.

Employees are expected to report to work during inclement weather when it is safe to do so. However, personal safety should always be your first priority. Employees should use sound judgment when determining weather travel conditions are safe.

If hazardous weather conditions prevent you from reporting to work on time or at all, notify your supervisor as soon as possible.

Delayed Arrivals & Absences

  • Time missed due to weather-related delays may be charged to available PTO in accordance with company policy.

  • Employees should communicate directly with their supervisor regarding weather-related attendance concerns.

Early Office Closures

If management determines that weather conditions require an office to close before the end of the business day:

  • Employees who are working at the time of the official closure will be compensated through the remainder of their regularly scheduled workday.

  • Employees who choose to leave before an official closure announcement may be required to use accrued PTO for missed time.

Communication During Weather Events

Office status changes, delayed openings, and closures will be communicated by Workplace Solutions leadership and posted on this page when possible.

Employees are responsible for ensuring that supervisors and team members have current contact information for emergency communications.
