• As Senior Lead Designer, you will oversee multiple design and innovation projects, manage client relationships, and lead teams in research, prototyping, and creative problem-solving. This role requires advanced design expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive human-centered design strategies that enhance workplace solutions.

    • Project Leadership: Manage multiple innovation and design projects while scouting new business opportunities.

    • Research & Strategy: Guide teams in background research, data analysis, and design strategy development.

    • Prototyping & Testing: Lead brainstorming sessions, prototype development, and field-testing of new concepts.

    • Client Engagement: Present findings, conduct consultations, and maintain strong business relationships.

    • Design Process Management: Oversee project workflows, ensure team alignment, and develop industry-leading solutions.

    • Experience: 7+ years in design, innovation, or a related field, with at least 3 years of project management experience.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MFA in Design preferred.

    • Skills: Strong project management, team leadership, and human-centered design expertise.

    • Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects).

    • Preferred: Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of service design, UX, and industrial design.
