As an Interior Designer / Space Planner, you will collaborate with sales teams, project managers, and clients to develop functional and creative workspace solutions. This role requires strong design skills, project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality space plans, finish palettes, and furniture specifications.

Client Consultation: Gather project requirements through surveys, interviews, and data collection.
Design Development: Create furniture block plans, space layouts, finish palettes, and installation drawings.
Project Support: Assist in product research, furniture inventory, and field measurements.
Proposal Assistance: Support the development of design proposals and manage project timelines.
Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to other designers based on experience level.

Experience: 3-5 years of design experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior or Architectural Design required.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, CET Designer, 20/20 CAP, and Google SketchUp.
Skills: Strong project management, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred: Knowledge of Steelcase products is a plus.
